We're a small, focused team that builds AI vision and analytics systems for industrial environments. No fluff. No demos that don't transfer to the floor.
THE ORIGIN
TB Vision started out of frustration. A problem that should have been solvable — wasn't. Not because the technology didn't exist, but because every available tool had been built for someone else's environment, someone else's constraints. Vendor after vendor. Tool after tool. The same result: works in the demo, fails in the field.
So it got built from scratch. A system designed around the actual problem — the actual environment, the actual variability, the actual tolerances. It worked.
That experience — the absurdity of a solvable problem with no adequate solution — is what TB Vision is built on. If it should be possible, we'll make it possible.

We start with your problem, not our product catalog. Every engagement begins with a frank assessment of what's actually happening on your floor.

Systems are validated in the conditions they'll run in — not controlled environments or curated datasets. If it doesn't perform under real conditions, it doesn't ship.

We'll tell you when something is outside what AI can reliably do. We'd rather lose a project than oversell a system that won't perform when it matters.

A system your team can't interpret is a liability. We build transparency into every model — so operators and engineers understand what the AI is seeing and why.

Production environments change. We build systems that can be retrained, adjusted, and extended — so you're not locked into a static model that drifts over time.

THE JOURNEY
A defect detection system built out of necessity for a manufacturing line producing complex composite components. Off-the-shelf tools couldn't handle the variability. A custom model could — and did.
The same approach applied to a second client with a completely different problem: process monitoring in a high-temperature environment. The methodology transferred. The confidence grew.
TB Vision formally established. A focused practice built around one principle: if a problem should be solvable, build the solution — don't settle for a tool that almost works.
